Type: 8 individual Luxury new builds in a gated lake side setting.
An ongoing 24 month project which has seen us carry out all groundworks and civils from initial engineering stage through to completion.
Carefully lowering the level of the lake water to introduce piling, foundations and gabion basket retainers was a rewarding challenge. The site will be ready for the finishing works in October 2020.
Scope / Sequence of Works:
- Reduce level excavation and removal of all arisings
- Clear the lake vegetation
- Reduce the lake water level and introduce retaining walls
- Build gabion basket retainers
- Service diversions
- Land drain diversions
- Excavate and cast all ground beam foundations
- Concrete and block and beam floors
- All associated drainage and connections for the estate
- Roadway and car park construction
- Profiling all surrounding ground to new levels
- Driveway and patio construction
