Type: New build 54 bedroom hotel with Function Room, Gym Health Spa and Salon
Working direct to the client, Town & Country have been involved since engineering stages in January 2019.
The 3 story hotel spans 2000m2 and boasts 54 executive rooms, a function room, gym, salon and a health spa all set within its own extensive grounds.
All of the below have been fully installed and project managed by Town & Country from design to completion
- Full site survey and ground investigation report
- Reduce level excavation and removal of all excavated material off site
- Engineer set out all foundations and structural pad foundations
- Excavate and pour concrete to all foundations and structural pads
- Precision cast 80 bolt boxes within the structural pads ready to receive steel
- Form elevator shaft with tanking and waterproofing to suit
- Install all foul and surface water drainage
- Install 2000m2 reinforced concrete floor
- Install attenuation tank
- Installation of all utility services
- Formation of roadways and service road construction with a new 200 vehicle car parking facility into site.
- Tarmac surfacing to all roadways and car parking areas
- Retaining walling and Kerbing to site
- Paving and finishes
